Flu vaccine

If you fall into the category of 65 or over, aged 18 - 64 with a medical condition which requires the flu vaccine or if you have a child aged 2 - 4 please be aware that we now have the influenaz vaccine available in the surgery.

Please contact the surgery by ringing and asking for an appointment, email and request an appointment link to be sent or after 6.30 p.m. send an admin form and request to receive the appointment link.
